The chair is very comfortable and has good back support. The only problem with the chair that I experienced is not enough height. When I raised the chair to the full height, it was still too low to the floor. I am 5’4” and the chair did not reach my computer table. It would be nice if the company can send the part needed to fix the height of the chair.
